Join us for the launch of the Status of MEAL Report in India, presenting key insights on why and how Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) systems are being adopted, challenges organizations face, and emerging best practices.

Overview: This session brings together insights from the Status of MEAL in India 2025 report, developed through a review of over 45 evaluation reports, inputs from more than one thousand practitioners, and perspectives from CSR teams, NGOs, foundations, and intermediaries. The conversation will explore how MEAL is currently practiced in India and where the sector is progressing and where persistent gaps remain, from limited use of Theory of Change in decision-making to weak long-term measurement, low community participation, and capacity challenges.
