Our Co-Founders
Sharon and Payal started 4th Wheel 15 years ago, bringing together their complementary backgrounds in Economics & Development Studies and Business Development & International Relations. Sharon leads the organisation’s strategy and research direction, while Payal anchors partnerships, operations, and growth — together shaping 4th Wheel with curiosity, balance, and a commitment to meaningful impact.
