Overview: Defining and measuring youth empowerment is a complex task, especially when considering the balance between standardisation and context-specific realities. This session will introduce the Youth Empowerment Scale, co-created by Akanksha Foundation and 4th Wheel. We’ll discuss how this tool is being implemented, operationalized, and institutionalized within youth programs to enhance strategy and decision-making. Learn how smaller organizations can also benefit from such tools to drive impact, even with limited resources.
